Shipping Policy

Before your order is shipped, blurams.com has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different from shipping time alone.

 

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Shipping Time

 

If your order contains multiple boxes, they will be shipped separate or together(Depends on the shipping warehouse).

 

Handling Time: 1-2 Business Days

 

Shipping Time: 5-7 Business Days

 

NOTE: We will process and ship your package within 2 business days after you place your order. If you did not receive your Tracking Number/Order Confirmation, check your email's spam box.

Shipping and Delivery Time

 

We ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. This is often the day you placed it or the day after, but there are situations where it may take longer. If your item is in stock, your order is estimated to ship on the next business day. All estimates are based on business days.

 

 Delivery will typically take 5 to 8 business days, depending on your destination and the shipping carrier.

 

When encountering with force manure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.

 

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at support@blurams.com within 3 business days after receiving shipping. Note any visible damages and be as specific as possible as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the delivering carrier.

 

Orders Tracking

 

You will receive at least two emails for each order. (If you didn't receive email, please check in the trash email.)

 

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. For exact locations of your shipment, please track your items via your order details.

 

You can visit our online Order Status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order.
